Description du poste

  • Petits travaux techniques, changement ampoules, flexible de douche, abattant wc... (électricité, plomberie…)
  • Maintenance et entretien du parc locatif, des locaux.
  • maintenance piscine.
  • entretien espaces verts, tonte, taille...
  • Rangement des locaux et des espaces de stockage
  • Travail en équipe sous l'autorité du responsable technique
  • Gestion du matériel et des outillages

Profil recherché

  • Soigneux et soucieux de la satisfaction client
  • Conscience professionnelle et esprit d'équipe développé
  •  connaissances de base en électricité.
  • Expérience professionnelle sur le même poste apprécié
  • Dynamisme, rigueur, ponctualité, polyvalence, sens du détail et organisation
  • De nature souriant et à l'aise au contact du client.
  • En période d'ouverture, vous travaillerez tous les week-ends avec 1 jour de congés par semaine
  • Conditions de travail : 35 heures par semaine
