Description du poste

  •  Travaux techniques (électricité, plomberie…)
  • Maintenance et entretien du parc locatif, des locaux et de la piscine.
  • tonte avec microtracteur ou tondeuse, nettoyage espaces verts
  • Gestion du matériel et des outillages

Profil recherché

  • Soigneux et soucieux de la satisfaction client
  • Conscience professionnelle et esprit d'équipe développé
  • Très bonnes connaissances en électricité, plomberie
  • Expérience professionnelle sur le même poste apprécié
  • Dynamisme, rigueur, ponctualité, polyvalence, sens du détail et organisation
  • De nature souriant et à l'aise au contact du client
  • Connaissance des réseaux électricité, VRD
  • En période d'ouverture, vous travaillerez tous les week-ends.
  • Conditions de travail : 35 heures par semaine.
