L'entreprise

La Table du Marensin est un restaurant faisant partie des Domaines Alexandre de Lur Saluces à Uza. Le restaurant est reconnu par le Gault et Millau (12.5/20) et détient une assiette au Guide Michelin.

Un nouveau chef reprend les rênes de cette pépite, et il aura besoin d'employés qualifiés pour l'épauler.

 

Description du poste

Nous ouvrons le restaurant début avril, donc le recrutement se fera rapidement. Nous prévoyons d'ouvrir avec seulement 2 personnes en salle et idem en cuisine, pour faire des petits services (moins de 20 couverts) afin de faire le "rôdage" du restaurant. Puis nous grossirons les effectifs à 4/5 en cuisine pour la haute saison.

Le restaurant sera ouvert en 6/7 l'été et en 4/7 l'hiver.

Nous recherchons donc un profil très polyvalent, qui saura être un véritable bras droit du chef, mais aussi capable de faire la plonge, le ménage, tenir son poste, gérer les cuissons, former les saisonniers etc.

Objectif étoile michelin à 4/5 ans.
