Le Restaurant Campo Mare, les pieds dans l'eau, proposant une cuisine Méditéranéene autour de la braise. , situé à 40km au sud de Bastia. 

Description du poste

Type de cuisine : bistronomie, cuisson four à charbon, cuisine recherchée et raffinée.

Notre priorité est d'apporter une plus value tant par la qualité des produits que nous proposons que par le service (produits frais, code de service etc…)

Entreprise familiale et à taille humaine.

Très bonnes conditions de travail. 1 jour de repos/semaine.

Possibilité de logement. Expérience exigée.

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) passionné(e), rigoureux(se) et polyvalent(e), capable de s'adapter rapidement et de relever des défis dans un environnement dynamique, tout en apportant une expertise solide dans la gestion d'un poste coté froid ou chaud.
