Gestion du pole patisserie, tout en respectant l’hygiène, les normes HACCP, et en assurant une gestion rigoureuse des stocks. Faire évoluer le restaurant avec une offre apportant une réelle plus-value en termes de qualité, tout en maintenant la rentabilité. Faciliter les processus et protocoles sans négliger la qualité des produits.
