L'entreprise

La Forge d'Uza et la Table du Marensin recherchent un chef de rang. Ces deux établissements appartiennet au même groupe, le Groupe de Lur Saluces, et fonctionnent de manière complémentaire.

La Forge est le restaurant bistronomique et la Table du Marensin le gastronomique.

En basse saison, le restaurant fonctionne avec des binômes (1 responsable de salle et 1 chef de rang) et nous cherchons à étoffer l'équipe en vue de la saison qui approche!

 

Description du poste

Nous cherchons un chef de rang consciencieux et rigoureux, mais qui soit tout de même détendu et aimable autant avec les clients qu'avec ses collègues.

Il devra gérer en toute autonomie (accueil/service/vin/encaissement) un rang de 20/25 couverts à la Forge et 15/20 couverts à la Table du Marensin.

Nous donnons une importance toute particulière au respect entre collègues, que ce soit avec le chef, la cuisine ou la salle. Nous serons donc intransigeant sur ce point.

 

 

Profil recherché

Nous cherchons un profil autonome, qui aime son métier et qui le fait sentir aux clients. Un intérêt pour le vin serait un plus.
