Le Plongeur est responsable du nettoyage de la vaisselle et de
l'entretien des locaux de cuisine.

- Assurer le lavage et le rangement de la vaisselle
- Nettoyer et entretenir les locaux et le matériel
- Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène
