Langue : Anglais souhaité, Allemand/Néerlandais serait un plus

Niveau d’expérience : Débutant accepté

Chez Yelloh! Village Le Ridin l'accueil du client est une priorité. Dès la réservation du client jusqu'à son arrivée, tout est mis en place pour un accueil privilégié grâce à nos équipes souriantes et dynamiques. Notre travail est rigoureux et très varié. Au sein de l'équipe, vous :

 

> Assurez l’accueil (physique et téléphonique), l’enregistrement et l'accompagnement des clients en langue française et étrangère

> Encaissez les règlements

> Veillez à la satisfaction du client

> Donnez les informations pratiques et touristiques claires

> Assurez le prêt et la location de matériel, vélos, etc.

> Vendez les produits dérivés (petite épicerie)

> Participez au bon fonctionnement de l'entreprise

> Participez de manière occasionnelle (selon saison) à l'accompagnement du service RH, de la communication (réseaux sociaux, médias)

> Connaissez et renseignez la clientèle sur la Baie de Somme et les différents attraits touristiques
